“The Different Appearances of Mistakes”
We have 2 comments “about” the Earth.
The 1st comment says,
“Everybody makes mistakes.”
The 2nd comment says,
“Misinformation is out there.”
The 2 comments look different, right?
Well, actually…
Both comments mean exactly the same thing.
Misinformation always comes from mistakes.
So, both comments are really the same thing.
I dismiss these generalizations.
The comments just say,
“Everybody makes mistakes.”
Or,
“Misinformation is out there.”
The comments are the same comment.
Forget these comments.
These comments are just generalizations.
We need more specific information, not generalizations.
And, generalizations usually are misinformation.
I need to know which ideas are mistakes for better or worse.
And, I need to know which mistakes are better or worse.
We also say,
“Things happen!”
But, this is just prejudice and ignorance.
I may need to know what ignorance looks like on a case by case basis.
Or else, all mistakes will just look the same to me and I will never know a difference.
Think about it for a moment.
Do all mistakes look the same?
Mistakes may vary by appearance.
And, sometimes, when mistakes look different, they are still the same mistakes.
Those mistakes just look different.
I need more information please.
