“Extraordinary Powers”
“Nonevent” is slang.
People have used it for the World Series, the Super Bowl, and most sports.
Just the definitions for this phrase don’t work at all.
If something happens, then something happens.
We’re just figurative when we say that nothing happened at a moment.
Maybe I’m guilty of this slang, too.
Humans desire extraordinary powers at work to an extent.
There’s nothing like baseball, there’s nothing like football.
A phrase like “nonevent” is mostly useless.
TV is right in front of us.
We also go to sports and have fun.
“Nonevent”, overall, is nothing but literary gossip.
It might as well not even be a word.
