“Healthy Food”
You can say these words:
Carrots, onions, potatoes, eggplant, roast beef, tofu, vegetables, sushi, etc.
Does that mean you know what the healthy food is?
NO!!!
You can say these ingredients; however, vocabulary isn’t knowledge.
And, why should we refuse ingredients we can’t say names for?
If we know enough about these ingredients, then we’ll have better names.
People can take artificial ingredients and give them names!
How hard is this to do?
Besides, knowledge will be a very good key to solutions.
