“Validity and Acceptance”
Truth is for validity, not for acceptance.
Let me give an example:
I am stuck on a boat in the middle of the ocean.
And, there’s no food.
Do I accept my hunger and give up?
No.
But, the “truth” is, there is no food on my boat in the middle of the ocean.
Validity will reach the nature of my situation.
Acceptance gets very ideological.
I will need to find food to survive.
Of course, even when there is no food, my acceptance is secondary.
Validity is the real understanding of my situation, even if I pass away from nature.
