“Reading Health”
Do not assume “poetry” is available everywhere in the world.
Some places do not belong to the art of rhyme.
For example, this imaginary situation is possible in the real world:
A writer visits a book club in Chicago.
She has personal issues.
And, to her audience, she says,
“There is no more life for us.”
If you ever hear a writer say that in a book club, evacuate the building immediately.
Obviously, that writer is too risky for literature.
Her comment is not poetry.
You better watch out for somebody like that.
It’s not good for your reading health.
