Poem- “Overweight Americans”

“Overweight Americans”

He always eats the whole thing.

He always cuts corners.

He always has the last slice.

He always drives to the market.

He always checks the fridge.

He always complains.

He always is too sweet and too ugly.

He always experiences surprise.

He always removes the favorite candy.

He always does too much or too little for anything.

He always knows fast food.

He always feels big.

He always feels small.

He always can view manners with delight or disgust.

He always pulls a tray out.

He always kicks and screams.

He always swears by irrational feeling.

He always makes fun of God.

He always burns calories.

He always forgets the measuring cups.

He always licks a knife.

He always uses a metal fork.

He always suggests food and demands orders.

The overweight American is a hungry man with bad math.

He only counts what he pleases and feels empty for fullness.

Numbers are imaginary until he pushes the box, then he forgets imagination.

The reality never has pieces for him- “take it all or go without”.

A plate is just as delicious; a spoon is very heavy.

Oh, he hates forgetting bacon.

He only forgets after he only remembers.

Dogs may be the same source for removing of pretend.

At least, he can destroy the bomb and reveal himself like playdough.
