“More on the Contrary”
The Constitution of the United States of America.
It’s that supreme law for Americans.
We’re talking about a big, giant system of law and order.
Libertarianism isn’t “supreme law”.
So, therefore, the American constitution isn’t a libertarian document.
It’s “Law direct” and “sole Power”.
Minimal law isn’t really direct and true power isn’t minimal.
And Libertarianism renders ideologies for minimalism to some degree of law.
Nothing about that range of political thought is considered supreme.
