Gaming Console Review, Sega Genesis (Retro Gaming Console)

Gaming Console Review, Sega Genesis (Retro Gaming Console)

I talk about myself too much I think. Some readers believe that I am a critic and such. Well, maybe I am a critic, but I do please myself with the Sega Genesis when I want to.

However, let me talk about a type of person who will not likely be a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog. I am not like this type of person, but the guy exists. I will go into detail of what this person thinks about videogames just in general. Here it goes:

There is a man. He is an American man. In fact, he is very proud of America where he lives. He is a libertarian political believer. He believes that mythology and psychology are one subject. He gets very down to earth; very, very natural with his surroundings and enjoys awareness of reality when he is able. He is very much a naturalist in modern America. He does not play many videogames, if ever. He reads the newspaper every morning and enjoys greasy sausage at McDonald’s. He believes in freedom and he is always disappointed when freedom goes down with the dogs. Unfortunately, for him at least, he will need to join the Republican Party, even if the Republican Party does not seem very conservative to him anymore. He loves vernacular and honest country chat. He works in a warehouse and delivers bags of heavy concrete to a truck for shipping and marketing. He is a hardworking, blue collar workaholic. Sometimes, he believes in a classless society, but he doesn’t know what that is. He will only have a communist sense by accident without knowing it. And, although sometimes he plays videogames, he is not a very big fan. When I talk to him about Sonic the Hedgehog and describe him in basic terms, he gets grumpy, stops me from telling the story more, and says, “That’s stupid. I don’t want to hear it.” He does not really care about the blue hedgehog because the Sega character seems so impossible and crazy. He does not really care what critics and reviewers say. When I mention videogame reviewers to him, he quits listening with a hurt sense and revolts to say, “I can think on my own. Reviewers need to do something.” By his general nature, he tends to be very autistic in similar manners, he has learning difficulty with abstract imagination, and he does not want to listen to absurd fantasy. Sometimes, I pray to God and wish for his safety. But, the truth is, he is such a libertarian American in thought and feeling. Even religion will appear like a fantasy to him. He has nothing against God, but he gets very busy and will eventually get another job washing dishes in the back of a restaurant. He is rather plain and dull in general formality. He cares about the Republican Party and only cares about a fantasy like that of the Robot Chicken and South Park series of TV shows. He watches the Discovery channel and National Geographic; and, he cares about animals and the environment. He could care less about Sonic. Sure, Sonic sounds funny to him, but he just thinks he’s kind of loony and totally vague to any logical interpretation he tries at. People can play Sonic games. But, he just doesn’t really care about him. He is a libertarian American who desires logic, reality, nature, hikes on the mountains, trips to the barber shop, tattoos on his arm, funny curses on funny stickers, completely with a “do not tread on me” attitude. He only has one philosophy; and, his philosophy is, “No philosophy.” He thinks Aristotle is a fossil now. But, he generally is very kind and caring, he drives long distances and works hard at his warehouse job with other workers who give a hoot and laugh with him. He gets gift cards from Starbucks all the time from his family and he ends up giving them away. He thinks Starbucks’ coffee is too strong and hard to cure with any large amount of heavy cream. Of course, he complains about Democrats all the time. He does not understand their abstract imagination and believes the Democrat Party wants everyone to be out of it with mixed results. Sure, he has a Sega Genesis gaming console, but he does not know what to think of it. He guesses that people laugh and have pleasure with videogames, but he eats too much pizza and hamburgers and experiences so much confusion about speech and pleasure. Pleasure to him is like liberal fanaticism. He is aware that Sonic the Hedgehog can run and fight Doctor Eggman, but he doubts Sega’s imagination and wonders where the logic is behind all of this. He also believes that the Sega Dreamcast has terrible Sonic games. The Sega Genesis only seems to be a dusty jewel to him. The controller is hard to understand and he experiences agony when he forgets a password and does not know how to type it. He was growing up in his childhood with Special Education and, today, he gets a little angry and red hot in the face when he has speech difficulty and lusty feelings about ninja and comics. He does watch police documentaries. He will often oppose any ideas from a Democrat, but he also picks up and accepts a lot of Democrat ideas without really knowing it or being aware at the very least. He believes that he is born free and that he is born to shop. Eating cheeseburgers with extra bacon (please) is very important to him on a pleasing field trip for lunch in the far deserts of California. He reads Japanese manga, but he only understands half of it and misrepresents the rest. He will go on an unhealthy diet to save money and he believes that vegetarian diets are not that normal for everyday America. He thinks the Sega Genesis is okay, I guess. But, all in all, he is not a big talker and he is not nerdy in any particular way. He always has trouble with PC gaming technology and does not know what to do with it. He rarely spells his name with any exact focus or interest. Videogames only appeal to him for a while and then he gets too busy for money and forgets everything else about Sega and Microsoft and Sony and Nintendo and blah blah blah. He just wants to work and focus on reality.

Poem- “Neon Lights and General Behavior”

“Neon Lights and General Behavior”

Are you a videogame company?

Are you a videogame reviewer?

Are you a videogame programmer?

Okay, cool!

I like to be positive about videogames.

Please, let me tell you something:

Stop giving misinformation about neon lights.

“Neon” does NOT mean evil, dark, terrible, naughty, bad, vice, wicked, or any of that.

“Neon lights” are more like road signs, building signs, restaurant signs, machine signs, etc.

The “neon lights” generally only indicate precise location, not general behavior.

Does “light” really mean good?

Well, technically, no.

Light is just light.

That’s not really what our general behavior is.

We are not “nice” just because there is “sunshine” on planet Earth.

“Neon lights” are just a kind of “light”.

Our general behavior is something else besides just light.

Think about it!

Let’s say, you are “walking in the sunshine”.

Does that mean you are nice?

No, of course not.

Positivity is a type of behavior, not a light source.

Yes, my poem is serious enough for my heart for Las Vegas and Laughlin.

I do not live in Las Vegas and Laughlin.

But, after my home in California, Nevada is my most common “second home” to me.

So, please, if you want to be positive, please stop giving misinformation about neon.

It’s disrespectful of my western front of America to say that neon is “disorder”.

It’s rude; it’s unethical; it’s vain.

Las Vegas is a beautiful, innocent city in our general behavior there.

So, please, leave it that way.

Gaming Console Review, PS One (Playstation Gaming Console)

Gaming Console Review, PS One (Playstation Gaming Console)

This gaming console is so small, I don’t think there’s a lot of parts to it.

My intelligence is simple:

If the gaming console is so small, how can it be “greater than the sum of its parts”?

I believe, that, if the gaming console has a sum of parts, the sum should be enough. The Playstation 5 gaming console is big.

So…

Is the Playstation 5 too big? Or, is the PS One too small?

Something funny is going on here…

I think the Playstation 5 is big enough to have enough parts. But, when I’m wondering if my Game Boy is BIGGER than the PS One, I get to thinking the PS One gaming console is probably too small.

Okay, a Playstation gamer will probably read my review and say,

“The Playstation has a great library of games. I like the Playstation.”

Well, that’s your opinion. But the truth is… the PS One is incredibly small!!!

Think about it! Is my PS One gaming console going to play a thousand game discs? The more I think about it, the more I doubt it. Even 10 Playstation games is BIGGER than a PS One. I’m really scared already! For this reason, I believe you should play Playstation games on the Playstation 5. The PS One to a Playstation game is like a tape cassette player to an Elvis music album. I don’t think the results will be very good if you try a machine like that.

“The ‘Last’ Retro Videogame Console (News Today)”

“The ‘Last’ Retro Videogame Console (News Today)”

What was the “last” retro gaming console?

For me, my own personal answer is not sufficient yet.

But…

I know a family relative who was an original Magnavox Odyssey gamer.

The Magnavox Odyssey was a retro videogame console from the 1970s.

My family relative was an original Magnavox Odyssey gamer.

The “last” retro videogame console he played was… the Super Nintendo.

That’s it.

The Super Nintendo was the “last” retro videogame console he played.

Any videogames after Super Nintendo, he did not understand how to play enough.

The videogames after the Super Nintendo were too complicated for him to play.

And, the Magnavox Odyssey videogame console was “the first of its kind”.

So, that means…

It’s possible that the Super Nintendo was the “last” retro videogame console.

I do not personally agree with my family relative, but he is older than I am.

So, he has the best witness of retro gaming business in my family ancestry.

According to him, the Super Nintendo was the “last” retro videogame console.

Any videogames beyond the Super Nintendo are too complicated to be “retro”.

(Yes, that includes the non-retro Playstation and Xbox… sorry!)

Poem- “How Fashion Should Give to Elegance”

“How Fashion Should Give to Elegance”

True or false.

“You can always shop for products of elegance with a fashionable style.”

Is this true?

Well, let’s look at a classic history book and find out.

I have a book with the name “The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire”.

It’s a famous history book.

The author of this book was Edward Gibbon.

You probably know this classic historian.

I’m going to page 28 in my version from D. M. Low.

During his history writing, he suggested a description of elegance and said,

“Under the Roman empire, the labour of an industrious and ingenious people was variously, but incessantly, employed in the service of the rich. In their dress, their table, their houses, and their furniture, the favourites of fortune united every refinement of conveniency, of elegance, and of splendour, whatever could soothe their pride, or gratify their sensuality.”

Okay…

Where is the Roman Empire?

Now it’s gone, obviously.

And, fashion was always coming and going in history, with or without Rome.

So, this means:

We cannot always shop for products of elegance with a fashionable style.

Some fashionable styles are not elegant.

At times, we need to “interrupt” a fashionable style with a reasonable doubt.

And, when we have reasonable doubts, we need to give justice to improvements.

Or else, everybody will only excuse themselves from the focus and say,

“It’s my style.”

That’s not very mannerly to strength of good judgement, to say the least.

Eventually, we will need to update elegance with care of logic for modern ethics.

So, for that reason…

Nobody is able to make their fashion endless and ageless for future generations.

That never works.

Age never disappears from history.

Infants will exist when we are here; infants will exist when we are elsewhere.

Elegance changes according to history, not according to personality.

Yes, I love individuals I get along with, but our present life will move around us.

Life will change; and, so, fashion and elegance will change.

People will even change their “change” throughout history.

For this reason,

The true/false statement from the top of my poem is false.

We cannot always achieve elegance with current fashion.

From my consideration of history, I say we need to “push and pull” fashion into elegance.

Fashion often does represent our overreach into popularity.

To experience the best elegance, you may need to “spread out” and step back from fashion.

Does maximum fashion exactly equal maximum elegance?

Or, are people with “fashion” making too many mistakes and errors?

Maybe, instead of looking for “fashion” right away, you need to study elegance first.

I think that would help.
