Nobody can turn a fireball into a water balloon.
Fire and water only collapse together.
Every balloon needs a surface that resists your soft touch.
Fire will attack and water will defend.
You can swim in the ocean; however, you cannot swim in the volcano.
For this reason, “fire balloons” do not really exist.
A demon does not let you hold his hot hand for very long.
