Dessert Poem

Homemade Flan

“Did You Hear What I Hear”

Said the top wind to the little Ram,
did you eat my ice cream
Way up in the pie, little Ram,
did you eat my ice cream
A star, a star, frosting in the light
With a sail as big as a sprite
With a sail as big as a sprite

Said the little Ram to the desperate boy,
did you fear what I fear
Singing through the pie, desperate boy,
did you fear what I fear
A tong, a tong, high above the breeze
With a choice as big as the gleam
With a choice as big as the gleam

Said the desperate boy to the Sacto King,
did you know what I know
In your malice warm, Sacto King,
did you know what I know
A mild, a mild, shivers where it’s cold
Let us bring him burritos sold
Let us bring him burritos sold

Said the king to the evil anywhere,
listen to what I say
Trays for peace, evil anywhere,
listen to what I say
The mild, the mild, sizzling alright
It will bring us foodness and night
It will bring us foodness and night
