Restaurant Review, Rattler’s Bar B Que in Santa Clarita, California

Restaurant Review, Rattler’s Bar B Que in Santa Clarita, California

It was a pleasant trip in getting here.  The restaurant has its own western flare and customers arrive with their families and friends under the roof, near art, close to food, or whatever can be imagined of my road trip to this place with my family.  Rain is apparently more prevalent in the winter so travelers to Rattler’s have better get their coats on or else the restaurant experience will be a little soaked up.  There’s personal barbecue sauce inside the place; it’s fruity and sweet, the nice red color of their secret recipe going well all over my meat and chicken.  Sliced onions here are kind of like onion rings in the sense of taste and yet there’s also more of a dusted surface on them from digging my fingers into the strands, like an onion ring appetizer if the rings are cut up and made into smaller pieces.  Fire Fries are a specialty here at Rattler’s along with potato skins and assorted barbecue foods.  When I came here with my family it was quite dark inside.  The ambiance, the flavor of experience, is enhanced from our relaxation where the art, craft, and performance of barbecue cooking can be observed.  On our way here it was less rainy than weather in some mountain areas.  Delicious desserts such as Rattler’s carrot cake are sure to please from the freshness, design, and recipe intended on their part.  Many dishes get fishy but end up well.  My family began dining while big jugs of water were spread around with my choice of diet and we got nice, hot bread for starters.  Workers here are certainly, definitely attentive.  My mom was surprised by the bread and dad worked in some appetite for the sliced onions- the atmosphere around us could leave us with more to be desired because there’s so many barbecue places out there, and even the great ones are a lot to experience in life.  Rattler’s is a good spot concerning its neighboring location to other choice restaurants and stores, too.  Just the plaza where we stopped our car at was very rich in appearance and reminded me of some of those hot, modern plazas in Oxnard, California.  Usually it’s really pleasing when we walk by stores and drive by their gloss and shining appearance.  Tri Tip is wonderful at Rattler’s when I put on extra red sauce from the corner where I’m dining at, and, the chicken couldn’t get any better in heat and temperature without burning up completely.  The atmosphere is rich, pleasing enough to enjoy, and I hope you guys do all right over there.
