Poem- “Hot and Cold”

“Hot and Cold”

False ideas do come to my head.
However, I don’t always know if they’re art or craft.
My head brings in lies.
And, I don’t always know if they’re fantasies or deceptive realities.
The whole mind doesn’t just come to awareness.
Now it’s possible for true ideas to be just as fictional.
Ideas don’t always flow where I have enough consciousness to refuse them.
Prejudice itself is a factor- waking out of bed, turning on a pillow.
Bedding can cause mind problems.
There’s also angles in light: where to move, how to move, what to move.
Guys become born with ideas and judge my ideas.
So, what’s a false idea?
What’s a true idea?
Are false ideas and true ideas basically evolutionary influences in conflict?
People don’t just see in their minds- if it were that easy, nothing would be hidden.
Giving readers a book involves one’s educated guess by writing.
Of course, it’s not like any guess can be educated or knowledgeable.
Right now you’re probably looking at this poem with selfish attitude.
It’s all obvious to you- you’ve read this, and you’re thinking.
But what if I told you your mind has limits?
You can only taste something so far, you can only experience things so well.
A human doesn’t know, remember, and think everything.
The mean and arrogant can’t accept limits because they’re naturally intimidating.
Here’s a test: if you think you have no limits, try eating a million pizzas in two minutes.
I dare you- eat a million pizzas in two minutes.
You have no limits, right?
Wrong!
My exaggeration is a lie here but it gives us a good philosophy to work with.
As such, in order to be truthful, we must call ourselves liars in something.
We have to be willing to admit that we have true ideas and false ideas.
Remember- the human brain contains everything it contains, not just truth.
