Poem- “All the Colors”

“All the Colors”

You will hear Americans say,

“Our people will pay respects to the red, white, and blue.”

They mean, of course, the American flag.

Americans believe in the red, white, and blue colors to be their own.

In regards to the American flag, they are quite right for their claim.

Keep something else in mind.

Red, white, and blue are also colors that other humans use.

United Kingdom, Russia, France, Cuba, Taiwan, and more use the colors.

So, the phrase “red, white, and blue” does not need to be American.

Artists use the colors red, white, and blue all the time.

You can see the colors red, white, and blue in artwork by foreigners.

Human beings also have their individual tastes of red, white, and blue.

People can avoid politics with red, white, and blue.

We can talk about red planets or red fish.

We can talk about white molecules or white rocks.

We can talk about blue lizards or blue pizza.

And, we can always talk about other colors.

Racism is a problem humans have with colors.

We talk about colors.

In fact, we talk about colors so much, some people begin to claim them.

Americans sometimes believe “red, white, and blue” is always about USA.

Of course, humans around the Earth should know those colors already.

You don’t need to be American for those colors.

Those “colors” can be legal terms for the American flag.

But, people around the world know those colors for themselves.

Red, white, and blue are very basic colors.

And, we also have other basic colors.

We should recognize all colors for what they are.

Everyone can use the colors black, brown, and white.

Colors are very universal.

Aliens from outer space can use the colors red, white, and blue.

Aliens from outer space can use every color.

And, aliens from outer space may not have human language for colors.

They may not even call the colors anything.

They probably just exist with colors.

Earth has animals.

Earth animals often exist with colors.

But, they usually don’t talk about colors.

In real life, elephants and donkeys do not talk about colors.

Elephants and donkeys just exist with colors.

At present, on Earth, human beings talk about colors the most.

Other creatures may just exist with colors and no more.

America is a very nice place to live in.

I really believe that America should be about all colors.

Rainbows can happen anywhere.

Even for rainbows, I can imagine even more colors beyond.

There’s a big universe with more colors for us to discover.

We are so much more than red, white, and blue.
