Videogame Review, Wheel of Fortune for the Nintendo Switch (America’s Greatest Game Shows)

Videogame Review, Wheel of Fortune for the Nintendo Switch (America’s Greatest Game Shows)

My Nintendo Switch is still relatively brand new and it feels good to play something on it again.  Wheel of Fortune is like C; C is for mediocre, according to some critics online. I really agree with them.  It’s a program that has never seen better days.  Playing, or even attempting to play, this game is like sitting through a window of mistakes during a supposed “challenge of a lifetime”.  But Wheel of Fortune definitely doesn’t look like a million bucks on the Switch- it’s more like a $1.50.  Considering the luxuries the real-life TV show presents to us I don’t think that’s a good sign.  Errors come up on the screen and it gets difficult to tell when I may push the button due to lag, glitches, and poor engineering.  Ignore the ratings from Best Buy.  They don’t know what they’re talking about.  We’re talking about a game that hasn’t pleased critics since the very imaging doesn’t flow nicely.  And, imagine if this game truly has been a terrible mistake: people from Best Buy play the game, they “like” it, and they begin believing that video games are really supposed to be like this.  Have they ever played Sonic the Hedgehog or even Super Mario Bros.?  There’s games out there which are way better than Wheel of Fortune!  My guess is the public is rather inexperienced in video games and they just latch on to whatever comes their way.  At least they’re normal people.  Yet, it takes a real genius to know what good games are.  When I’m playing Wheel of Fortune, a whole bunch of stuff comes up on my TV and I don’t know where to click or push anything.  The graphics are especially in slight terms of improvement compared to Wheel of Fortune for the Sega Genesis console.  That’s right- Wheel of Fortune has been made on video game consoles for years and the Nintendo Switch version (what I’m reviewing) can’t pull the numbers or let them dry.  Yes, my controller’s vibration can be nice.  So can my massage machine!  Videogames are often made in haste.  There’s also one considerable factor.  How much time do players use in playing games?  Maybe Wheel of Fortune speaks for another generation of heated battle concerning solving puzzles and editing customized characters.  A greater force is at work with the internet.  Then again, I’m still waiting for the gameplay to show and my opponents keep on picking the really wrong letters of the alphabet in solving each puzzle; they’re kind of stupid.
