Beware of someone who treats customers and workers as equal divisions.
They’re not the same.
Customers arrive to be pleased, workers arrive to be paid.
When they’re treated as equal divisions there’s going to be a problem.
Either shoppers won’t have consumption or retailers won’t be productive.
Favors are realized in different ways between the sides.
