Poem- “Self Help”

“Self Help”

A philosopher makes you think.

But, does a philosopher think?

A comedian makes you laugh.

But, does a comedian laugh?

Thinkers are logical and respectful.

Jokers are horrible and outrageous.

Humans like these do not always mix well.

Do you want to think?

Or, do you just want to “laugh” about that brain in there?

Laughing is not thinking.

Thinking is not laughing.

Of course, if you never laugh, you’re probably not thinking.

If you never think, you’re probably not laughing.

Sense of humor makes wonder and feeling disorienting under poor intellect.

But a moment of poor intellect can help improve your sense with supervision.

Without supervision, comedy will cause problems.

And, laughing is not thinking!

Thinking is a mental process for quality of living.

Laughing is noise and confusion.

Unless women and men think, they will always just laugh.

Earth is in trouble when there’s “all laughs” and no brains.
