“On a Diet”

“Eat less.”

Here’s the catch:

You can’t stop eating junk food AND stop eating healthy food.

You need to remove junk food and eat healthy food.

Or else, you will be very, very, very, very hungry all the time.

You need to stop eating junk food.

However, you’re not supposed to stop eating healthy food.

My vernacular is loose but you get the drift.

The quote doesn’t have to be correct to be reasonable.
