Sonic and the Bubbles

Sonic and the Bubbles

Sonic dives under water.  He approaches Robotnik’s underwater lair in a field filled with bubbles here and there.  Whatever, the blue hedgehog is under the sea and there’s too much water.  And so he tries approaching Dr. Eggman’s lair behind the waves of doom for bunnies and squirrels trapped in their switches.  But, he has to run slowly through the field of bubbles next to Robotnik’s lair.  Each step has to count.  Camera angles seem to present the blue hedgehog in light that loses its color until further notice on bubbles caving in around him, as suddenly packs of bubbles are containing air where the hedgehog is planted to the seafloor.  Sonic is such a good blue hedgehog; however, he gets his right shoe caught onto some seaweed which mysteriously just appears out of nowhere from a tunnel leading into the doctor’s laboratory connected to a lair in wild, exotic colors.  “If I could only get this foot off!”  Our normally fast hero is quite a turtle under the oceanic waves.  Even the 5 golden rings don’t seem to help much at all with his seaweed trap located now on the shoulder, hips, and one remaining shoe.  A lot of bubbles start swerving and rising where Sonic’s hand gets caught on the tunnel’s lever.  “What… hiccup!”  Sonic tries to speak, but bubbles are now flowing around him and he can’t quit from the forced trap.  He swallows more and more bubbles as each one finds its case for inflation in the abdomen as his stomach bulges from the new graphics laid over him: seaweed, a missing foot, and bubbles entering his mouth at a rapid pace.  He’s not really missing a foot!  He’s just trapped- imprisoned, caught, and rebounded to the seafloor in forced error that Robotnik has nothing to do with.  Eggman is only a doctor and can’t help it if Sonic gets sick from bubbles.  The blue hedgehog becomes a globe for his figure as he’s inched up to bubbles finding no trouble on interflowing madness.  Bubbles are practically flying everywhere!  He’s under the ocean; it doesn’t make sense.  Of course Robotnik has been up to a device related to tunneling underground on the seafloor for pirate’s treasure.  Perhaps it’s just a fluke, a mishap, sheer conduct for the mistakes we make while playing Sonic games, but now Sonic is ever-transforming into a creature for the bubbles flowing through and within him; arms, legs, stomach, head, feet, and everything we know about Sonic is swelling up like a blueberry which can’t be cut from Robotnik’s tunnel without raising alarm already heard.  He gets bigger, and bigger and bigger, until the seaweed breaks its contact with the blue hedgehog and sends him launched towards the ocean’s surface, out of which Sonic eventually rises to the surface with a loud burp before reaching a normal figure.  “Whew!  That was nuts!”
